Shipment and Fulfillment Policies

Goods able to be shipped by standard courrier services
Goods are packaged in house and shipped from UPS, FEDEX, or other applicable courier service to you upon receipt of payment. Shipping costs are disclosed at the time of sale and are non-refundable.
Goods available for local pickup
Goods are packaged in house and able to be picked up in person during normal business hours upon receipt of payment.
Vehicle and Futura trailer transport
We work with third party logistic companies and transport companies to deliver your vehicle or Futura trailer. Estimated transport costs are based on travel time, distance, fuel usage, and availability of drivers/trucks. Actual transportation costs are established at the time of sale based on point to point addresses and quotations from third party logistics and transportation companies.
Inclusion of shipping or transport costs
Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include the following: freight and shipping charges; assembly costs; shipping inspections; accomodation for additional accessories or parts; anything not listed as being included; fees; surcharges; tariffs; duty; or taxes in any state or country.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Shipping and Fulfillment terms on this page.
