Making a Claim

Making a warranty claim is straightforward and easy. We are able to repair, service, provide replacement parts, and more importantly assess your issue(s).

You must bring your trailer to a Futura Dealer in order to proceed with any warranty claim with Futura.

  1. Contact us and tell us about your issue(s). We will:
    • arrange a time that you can bring your trailer to our shop;
    • identify and assess your trailer for issues;
    • assist with submission of your warranty claim;
